The stone fruits of Otago are New Zealand renowned, making a light, sweet and delicate fruit infusion with pretty rose buds and chunks of fruit.
Uses
Brew your loose leaf tea in an infuser or teapot with freshly boiled water and allow it to steep for at least 6-10 minutes before drinking so you get the full flavour spectrum.
1 level teaspoon for 250ml cup.
