Uses

To make your breakfast tea in the morning, simply add a teaspoon of loose leaf into freshly boiled water and allow it to steep for 3-4 minutes before drinking. Use an infuser if you have one available. You might choose to add some milk and a little sweetener before drinking. Alternatively, make a refreshing iced tea with freshly sliced lemon or lime.
