Authentic, organic Italian pasta. Shaped like curly spirals, often served with thicker sauces as the grooves in the pasta trap sauce.

Uses

To cook, cover pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt and cook for about 10-13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and drain. Tip: Keep some of the pasta water and use to loosen pasta if required.
